SACP 3.0 - NextGen Chassis Pool
South Atlantic Chassis Pool (SACP) 3.0 is based on a single provider chassis model. The SACP 3.0 offers an upgraded fleet of 45,000 fully refurbished and new chassis available to motor carriers, beneficial cargo owners, ocean carriers, and other port and terminal users across the South Atlantic region.
SACP 3.0 covers port and terminal locations in the following cities:
- Savannah, GA
- Jacksonville, FL
- Wilmington, NC
- Atlanta, GA
- Charlotte, NC
- Birmingham, AL
- Tampa, FL (CSX only); and
- Charleston, SC (off terminal)
The single provider model takes the best qualities of both the current gray pool and proprietary models and combines them to offer a safe, reliable, cost efficient, and scalable premium service.

About SACP 3.0
The SACP 3.0 pool is owned by South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool LLC (SACP LLC) and managed by Consolidated Chassis Management LLC (CCM). Established as a public-private partnership with the Ocean Carrier Equipment Management Association (OCEMA), SACP LLC, the Georgia Ports Authority, North Carolina State Ports Authority, and Jacksonville Port Authority, the SACP 3.0’s activities are authorized under the U.S. Shipping Act, as amended, via the South Atlantic Multiport Chassis Pool Agreement, FMC No. 201391.
